How Registration Works
Registration opens after qualifier results are finalized. Competitors who have earned a spot in their division — and teams that have confirmed their roster — can move on to the on-site main event at Percy Perry Stadium in Coquitlam, BC.
Make sure your qualifier scores are accepted and your division is confirmed before you begin the registration form.
Individual Athletes
Individual competitors register in one of the individual divisions (Elite, Masters, or Teens) and must complete the online qualifier to be eligible for the main event.
- Confirm your division and age category.
- Verify your qualifier score is posted on the leaderboard.
- Complete the athlete waiver before check-in.
Teams of Three
Team divisions (Invitational Elite, Intermediate, and Scaled) require exactly three eligible athletes. Team captains coordinate registration on behalf of all members.
- Recruit three athletes who meet the division standards.
- Designate a captain to submit the team registration.
- Submit a single team score from the online qualifier when required.
Registration for the main event is reserved for athletes who have already cleared the qualifier stage and confirmed their division placement. Once results are finalized, eligible individuals and teams receive the green light to move forward with the on-site process, keeping the playing field competitive and well organized. Before beginning the form, competitors should verify that their scores have been accepted, their division is locked in, and any required roster details are in order. This step-by-step approach helps ensure that the weekend at Percy Perry Stadium in Coquitlam runs smoothly for every division, from Elite and Masters down to the Teen categories, allowing athletes to focus on performance rather than paperwork.
